Meet Your Stylist

Debbie Foster is a Virginia native who relocated to Richmond after honing her skills at Levato’s flagship location in the Chicago suburbs. Since moving back to Virginia, she has focused on bringing her craft to the city while serving and building relationships in her new community. With over 19 years of experience in color and styling, Debbie is trained and certified in multiple color systems and techniques. She leverages this expertise to guide her clients and make their vision a reality. Currently, she specializes in blonding and balayage, as well as Kacey Welch Method™ extensions.

Outside of the salon, Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, and their rescue pup, Lucky.
